How long do the meals stay fresh?

Are there any preservatives?

Zero. That's the whole point. Freeze-drying removes water, which is what spoils food — so we don't need any preservatives, artificial colours or additives.

Yes. Our freeze-drying process retains 97% of the natural flavour, aroma and nutrition. Most first-time customers do a double take on bite one.

Are the meals vegetarian? Jain? Vegan?

Every dish is 100% vegetarian. Punjabi Chole and Tawa Pulao are fully vegan. Jain versions (no onion, no garlic) are available on request — mention it in the WhatsApp order note.

What allergens are used?

Common allergens across our range: dairy (Dal Makhani, Paneer Butter Masala, Pav Bhaji), tree nuts (cashews in Paneer Butter Masala), and gluten (from asafoetida in some spice blends). Full allergen info is printed on every pouch.

How do I cook it?

Tear the pouch, pour into a bowl, add hot water (roughly 180–220 ml — printed on each pack), stir, and rest 3 minutes. That's it.

Can I use cold water?

You can, but the meal will need 15–20 minutes to fully rehydrate and it won't be warm. Hot water gives you a hot, ready meal in 3 minutes.

Can I reheat leftovers?

Rehydrated meals should be eaten within 4 hours. If refrigerated immediately, they keep 24 hours. Reheat gently on stove or microwave.

Across India. Gujarat orders arrive in 2–3 days at ₹49 delivery. Rest of India in 4–6 days at ₹99. All orders above ₹1499 ship free.
